Tailinna Caprice Beckmon

Tailinna Caprice Beckmon was born on March 18, 2005 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, the daughter of Rodney Newell and April Beckmon. She grew up in Sioux Falls and graduated from Washington High School.

Tailinna worked at the Ramada in Sioux Falls for a while and then began taking community campus education courses. She had recently been able to move into her own apartment. Taillina passed away on March 27, 2024 in Sioux Falls.

She was a member of Faith Temple Church and enjoyed attending the Wednesday and Sunday services. She loved bright colors, singing and writing music, and reading books. Tailinna enjoyed watching the dogs, Jasper and Zeus.

Tailinna is survived by her parents, Rodney Newell of Sioux Falls and April Beckmon of Meridian, Idaho; four siblings, Shelby (Brad) Weaver, Brittnie Nordmann, Zachary Newell and Kelsey Newell; her grandparents, Gary and Jackie Newell; a special aunt, Kandie; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; a special friend, Cathy Heesch and her children, Nicole and Alexis.
