Raymond Ridenour

Raymond Ridenour passed away on November 22 at the Avera McKennan Hospital

He was born on August 1, 1951 in Sioux Falls, the son of Eugene Sr. and Laura (Ogdie) Ridenour. He grew up in Sioux Falls and graduated from Washington High School. Ray worked at John Morrell for several years. He then worked for his brother, Bob, at Martin Home Improvement and then went to Form-a-top where he worked until he retired.

Ray loved riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and was an avid NASCAR fan.

He is survived by his siblings, Frances Hicks, Steve Martin, Robert Martin, Marty Swygart, and Gene “Sonny” Ridenour; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be 2:00 pm Friday November 27 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Sioux Falls. The public is welcome to attend and face masks are required.
