Mary Columbus

Mary Ann Columbus was born to Danny Wildey and Barb (Engberg) Wildey on July 14, 1955 in Minneapolis Minnesota. Mary grew up and attended school in Minneapolis.

Mary worked in different fields of employment throughout her life and married Charles Columbus Sr.  in 1978.  Mary and Charles were together until he passed away, and after that, she moved on in her life journey and raised 13 children; 6 boys and 7 girls: Lori, Ricky, Tony, Chuck, Steven, Raina, Angela, Fawn, Lance, Vanessa, Yolonda, Santino, and Sheri.

She enjoyed her animals, spending time at the casino, thrift shopping, and going to garage sales, Mary always loved being with her children and was often the one making everyone smile and laugh with her quick wit and sense of humor.

Mary had 4 sisters; Patty, Kay, Teri, and Julie; 5 brothers; Danny, Dale, Dallas, Dennis, and Bobby. She had 42 grandchildren she loved and enjoyed dearly.

Mary fought Cancer several times in her life and won, but sadly lost her battle on May 17, 2020. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Barb and Danny Wildey; a sister, Patty; 4 brothers, Danny, Dale,  Dallas, and Dennis; a son, Ricky; and her husband. Mary was loved by all, and will be forever missed.
