Linda Mcmahand

Linda was born on January 1, 1949 in Arkansas, the daughter of Vincent and LaVerne (Moss) Gentry. She passed away on Sept. 29, 2026 in Sioux Falls. 

She is survived by her daughter,  Tammy Svenson (Leif); her son, William Davis, Jr (Robin) and Donald Melby, Jr. (Katie); 16 grandchildren; and 20 great grandchildren; three siblings, Vincent Gentry (Shirley), Vickie Deleon, and Donald Henry (Pam).

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Vincent Gentry, Sr. and LaVern Smith.

Linda was a very caring person and worked as a nurse for many years. She loved spending time with her family and was an avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks. She also has a soft spot in her heart for animals.

Interment will take place in Arkansas.
