Jennifer Collings

Jennifer was born on September 9, 1976 to Donna and Raymond Hoffmeister. She grew up in Georgia where she attended school. Jennifer married Richard Collings on April 16th 2004.

Jennifer was employed on and off at McDonald's and Argus Leader. She loved delivering the newspaper for a number of years until her health declined. 

Jennifer enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved coloring and playing with her dog, Sky.

Jennifer survived by her stepdaughter, Michelle (Casper) Lambert; stepson, Eddie Mortiz (Sierra); grandchildren, Jacob Lambert, Noel and Myles Mortiz; her dad, Raymond Hoffmeister; her brother, Scott Hoffmeister; sisters in law, Rose and Roxanne; and brother in law, Douglas; her mother in law, Marlys; and many niece, nephews and extended family. She is preceded in death by husband, Richard, and her mom, Donna.
