Dorothy I Grebin

Dorothy was born January 12, 1928 in Sioux Falls, the daughter of Sebina Mriden. She was raised and schooled in Sioux Falls. She married Lee Grebin January 17, 1949 at Luverne, Minnesota. They lived in Sioux Falls and raised their family. Dorothy work at John Morrell Company for a few years and then worked with Sioux Falls Public School as a cook for several years. She also worked at the East Gate Lewis Drug for 18 years until she retired. She loved going dancing and enjoyed gardening and shopping. Grateful for having shared in her life are four children, Dawn (Daryl) Vander Ploeg of Lake Ozark, MO, Debra (Dwight) Johnson of Worthing, Darrel Grebin and Bruce Grebin of Sioux Falls; 6 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; a sister, Gladys McNamer of Sioux Falls; and long-time companion, Don Richey. She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister, and a grandson, Chad.
