Sandra McConniel

Sandra Charlene Loughlin was born August 5, 1943 in Sioux Falls, the daughter of Lawrence and Lillian (Plagman) Loughlin. She married Jim McConniel. She is survived by five children, Lisa, Suni, Deb, Bill and Leonard; 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim; and a grandson, Jeremy Johnson.
