Jay Allen Johnson

Jay Allen Johnson was born April 7, 1958 at New Castle, Wyoming to Bill and Orllee (Herrick) Johnson. He held many jobs in the Sioux Falls area ; John Morrell, Cracker Barrel, Gil Haugen Construction, Woods Equipment, Westward Ho Country Club and Holiday Inn. He also worked at Oak Valley Turkey Plant at Watertown, and PBM at Howard, South Dakota. Jay experienced many health problems recently and passed away on January 29, 2014 at Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He is survived by sisters, Linda (Johnny) Hytrek of Rapid City, Ann Percifield of Casper, Wyoming; a son Brian Johnson of Rapid City, South Dakota; good friend Sandy Lineback of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Jay is preceded in death by his mother, Orllee, father, Bill and son, Jeff. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
