Daniel Groth

Daniel Henry Groth was born March 15, 1967 to Melvin and Betty (Javers) Groth at Sioux Falls, South Dakota.He graduated from Washington High School and went on to college at USD and graduated in 1991 with a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice. Daniel married Kathlene McFee February 25, 1995 at Scottsbluff, Nebraska. They have two daughters, Hannah and Elizabeth. Daniel managed Pizza Patrol and then worked at Hutchinson Technologies, Inc. In 2001, they moved to Aberdeen, South Dakota where he worked for the police department and 3M. Daniel and Kathlene moved back to Sioux Falls and he again worked for Hutchinson Technologies, Inc. until the fall of 2004. They moved to Omaha, Nebraska where he worked for 1st Data Financial Services. Daniel loved the Minnesota Vikings and Twins teams, golfing, fishing and playing video games. He was a previous member of Central Baptist Church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Daniel was 46 when he passed away on February 22, 2014 at Omaha, Nebraska. He is survived by his wife, Kathlene; daughters, Hannah and Elizabeth all of Omaha; mother, Betty Groth of Sioux Falls; father, Melvin Groth; grandmother, Florence Javers, Sioux Falls; brother, Doug Groth, Sioux Falls; sisters, Darla (Paul) Clark, Sioux Falls, Debbie Andrews, Brandon, Misty Groth, Sioux Falls.Daniel was preceded in death by his grandfather, Enno Javers.
